Copious thanks goes out to everyone wishing me a happy birthday. I did have a very fun day full of laughs, good food, a couple of gifts, good word from an instructor, and friendly faces.

Oh, and thanks for the ridiculous amounts of comments. Apparently my comic for class made it to the front page or something.

For the record... I want to set a couple of things straight in case people are confused. I keep getting questions from people who don't want to look for an answer, so here they are.

Yes, I go to SCAD.
It's nice here, it's pricey, and the work is very difficult. Please direct your other questions to admissions counselors!!!
Yes, I am a Sequential Art Major, but I am not interested in going into comics as a career as of right now. My industry is still animation. I am majoring in Sequential art to better develop my drawing and story-telling skills and eventually become a conceptual artist and art director. Until then, I wouldn't mind a job as a colorist or something.
I have no great aspiration to make my own graphic novel. None. Period.
Yes, I'm writing a novel, no, it's not going well right now. There, I said it.
