What comes to mind when I see this is that sort of feeling you have when you're upset or angry at something but you don't really know what. Something has you down, but your mind can't focus on it or make sense of it, and trying only makes you feel worse.

I like this. Whatever feelings brought it up (if they are bad ones), I hope they are gone soon.

Scream... just SCREAM, that's all I want to do. Scream 'til my vocal cords burst, scream 'til my lungs implode, scream 'til my voice dies forever, just to get rid of all the SHIT that's stuck up inside of me, but whenever I try to I don't even know where to begin to. Everything becomes stuck and not a single sound comes out of me, when I want to scream, nothing but to scream.
I want to break this silence, but I can't, which makes me want even more to scream, which again becomes stuck in my voice...
But then... I don't want to scream... because I know that the things I would scream can... will hurt people.
So I keep my silence... taking all the stuff in... slowly breaking into pieces...
